Illawarra Credit Union has a range of savings accounts designed specifically for our younger members. Our aim is to provide appropriate product options for every age which assist in teaching kids the value of money and developing good savings habits.
Our Junior Accounts
Wildlife Saver
With the Wildlife Saver account, if you make at least one deposit and no withdrawals each month, you will be rewarded with bonus interest. It is our way of rewarding you on your saving efforts and helping you to make your money grow. You will also be helping save endangered animals!
Junior Saver
The Junior Saver is an account specifically for our junior members who are too young to operate their own account. This is an informal trust account and is linked to the trustees' membership.
Teen Saver
The Teen Saver account is specifically designed for primary or high school students who are able to understand and operate their own transaction/savings account.
