Senior Management Team
Michael Halloran - Chief Executive Officer
Michael Halloran is a senior banking and finance executive with over 35 years experience with Westpac Banking Corporation, FAI Home Loans, IMB Building Society and the past nine years with Community Alliance Credit Union which includes Illawarra Credit Union as its major trading business. During his career he has held executive positions with the above organisations in the fields of retail, commercial and international banking and high level administrative roles. He has been fortunate to hone his banking skills whilst working in Australia, London, Hong Kong and Western Samoa where he managed a joint venture banking operation for Westpac and Bank of Hawaii.
He holds a Master of Business (Management) degree from UTS Sydney and an Advanced Management Diploma from the University of Melbourne. He is also a Fellow of the Australasian Mutuals Institute and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Greg Parrish - Executive Manager Corporate Services
Greg Parrish has 20 years experience in senior management roles in various private health insurance and financial institutions. He has held his current role with the Credit Union since 2001.
Greg is a Director of Peoplecare Health Insurance and a member of the Advisory Council for the Catholic Development Fund in Wollongong.
He has a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Certified Practicing Accountant and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
John Vohradsky - Executive Manager Operations
John Vohradsky has 25 years experience working for mutual financial institutions in specialist IT roles, middle management and executive management . He has held his current role with the Credit Union since 2000.
John is a Director of Illawarra Regional Information Service (IRIS) and has held numerous credit union industry roles on advisory and development committees. John has represented the credit union on various occasions as a keynote speaker at conferences presenting topics relating to IT and multi-branding.
He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA with Distinction), a Bachelor of Mathematics and is a Justice of the Peace.

Ms Mary Youssif B Com, MStudAccy, FCPA, ACIS, MAMI
Ms Youssif joined the Board in 1990 and chaired the Audit and Risk Management Committee from 1994 to 1997. She has been Chair of the board since 2009 and is a current member of the Governance Committee.
Mr John Thomas Swan MAMI
Mr Swan joined the Board in 1977 and held the position of Deputy
Chairperson from 1981 to 1995 and again from August 2006 till November
2006. He is a member of the Governance Committee and a Councillor of
the NSW Credit Union Employers Association.
Ms Cristina Thompson RN, BA, MBA, MAMI
Ms Thompson joined the Board in May 2002 and chaired the Governance
Committee from 2009 to February 2010. Ms Thompson is a current member
of the Audit & Risk Management Committee.
Mr Anthony Abela MAMI, FPNA, JP
Mr Abela joined the Board in March 2008. He has been a member of the
Audit and Risk Management Committee since 2008, and during February
2010 assumed Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee.
Mr Grant Fulton M Comm (Land Econ), FCPA, GAICD, ACIS, MAMI
Mr Fulton joined the Board in July 2008. He was a member of the Audit
and Risk Management Committee from 2008 to February 2010. Mr Fulton is
a current member of the Governance Committee.
Mr Roger Downs B Comm, LLB, Dip Mgt, MAMI
Mr Downs joined the Board in July 2010. He is a member of the Governance Committee.
Mr Christopher Grange BA MComm (Finance) MAMI
Mr Grange joined the Board in July 2010. He is a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee.
